AIDS constitutes a global emergency; it is a growing threat to stability, exacerbating inequalities within and between countries, undermining previous gains in development and harming children. The projects described in this report highlight current actions and future needs to generate clearer and stronger commitments to this global epidemic. The report urges sustainable efforts to address the needs of families, communities and children.
