Retrak has published new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on street outreach, which is the beginning of its relationship building with children on the streets and the start of them finding a way back to family care. Retrak’s SOPs aim to provide a simple reference document containing detailed, step-by-step explanations on how to undertake a programme, in order to ensure a quality of care for the children and family involved. They are a guiding document, including principles which are universally applicable. Retrak’s SOPs for street outreach emphasize the need for children to be at the center of outreach.
