Following last year's in person Staf Summit on housing policy and practice we are delighted to be returning to the studio in Glasgow on Wednesday 13th March for our 2024 Summit for senior leaders. Prices have been frozen from 2023 and early bird booking ends on Friday 2nd February.
The theme of the Summit is on improving the health and wellbeing outcomes for Scotland's care experienced young people. We know from conversations in our forums and events, feedback from young people and what was said during the Independent Care Review, and more recently as part of the 100 Days of Listening, that the link between health and social work is inextricable and without collaboration between all those who support young people to thrive, for many care experienced young people the health inequalities they face will continue.
At the Summit we will be bringing together senior professionals from across the social work and health care sectors to learn from research and current best practice to collaborate and collate tangible action points and pledges to ensure that the health and wellbeing outcomes of Scotland's care experienced young people are improved.
