UNICEF is seeking a consultant in Timor-Leste. The consultant will provide technical guidance and assistance to the Ministry of Social Solidarity and Inclusion to conduct a mapping of social services in order to develop a road map for professionalizing social work in the country. Consultant's specific tasks include:
- Conduct a review on existing social services delivery system (including legal frameworks) and social service workforces in the country
- Conduct mapping on the social service delivery system and the social service workforces
- Conduct consultation with stakeholders to have an insight thought on social service delivery system and the professionalize social workforce in the country
- Conduct a round table discussion on how critical it is to invest in this specific sector to ensure the sustainability of social work
Develop a road map and costed plan - to improve access to service delivery system and strengthening the professionalism of social welfare workforce in the country.
