IRC: Child Protection Case Management Coaching Manager

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Child Protection (CP) Case Management Coaching Manager to support the capacity building of the CP case management system in Lebanon on multiple levels. Primarily, the CM Coaching Manager will lead the UNHCR-funded national case management coaching program, as it is merged with Universite’ Saint Joseph capacity building for caseworkers on the National SOP’s. This will include contributing to the launch of the second TOT on the National SOP’s and leading the formation of  regional core CP Case Management technical groups composed of managers and supervisors of CP caseworkers throughout Lebanon. The core groups will be responsible for guiding caseworkers and promoting best practices, particularly through the transition from the Practical Guidance to the National SOP’s.

Secondly, the CP Case Management Coaching Manager will lead a capacity building pilot for community based mechanisms and caseworkers to support low-risk level cases of unaccompanied and separated children. S/he will oversee the training and coaching of case management organizations in order to support the recruitment, training and supervision of UASC community volunteers. This will be achieved through ongoing trainings and peer to peer sessions in the eight governorates of Lebanon.

Finally, the CP CM Coaching Manager will ensure the case management quality of IRC CP program in cooperation with the Senior Capacity Building Manager and Deputy Coordinator.
