UNICEF Armenia office is looking for a local consultant to work within a local team together with international expert to be contracted by UNICEF Armenia within the USAID-funded activity to undertake rapid assessment of 14 child care residential institutions under the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs to determine their current situation for capturing GOAM transformation prospects for those institutions.
The rapid assessment will include needs assessment and mapping of the available services in the region where the institution is located as well as identification of service gaps and assessment of the resources of institutions.
The deadline for applications is 14 September, 2014.
