Ce rapport est le fruit d’une collaboration entre le ministère de la Famille, des Groupements Féminins et de la Protection de l’Enfance, le ministère de la Justice, la Cellule d’Appui à la Protection de l’Enfance, l’UNICEF, Save the Children Suède et Plan International.
