This adjusted Household Vulnerability Prioritization Tool (HVPT) is intended to assist FARE Project in prioritizing households for enrolment into program/support. This tool should be applied to all households listed by the chairpersons LC I using the prescreening tool by a FARE Project staff. It can also be applied to households coming from referrals.
