El objetivo de este estudio es visibilizar la problemática de la niñez y adolescencia víctima de violencia generalizada en condición de desplazamiento interno en El Salvador. Asimismo, se profundiza en la responsabilidad de las instituciones titulares de deberes en materia de garantía y protección de niñas, niños y adolescentes que junto a sus familias se encuentran en condición de desplazamiento interno o en riesgo de estarlo.
