This study aimed to describe the perception of caregivers and the role of professionals in the process of family reintegration and adoption of children and adolescents with disabilities in a host institution in Belém/PA, Brazil.

This webinar heard from three of Family for Every Child's member organisations about their programmes to both integrate and reintegrate children on the move. From Uyisenga Ni Imanzi in Rwanda webinar participants heard about their programme to reintegrate street-connected children; from Taller de Vida in Colombia, attendees heard of the role of their art therapy in the reintegration of children involved in armed conflict; and from METAdrasi in Greece participants heard about their work to integrate unaccompanied minors.
This project was coordinated by the Civil Association Doncel from Argentina, in representation of the Latin American Network of Care Leavers, in partnership with the University of Monterrey (UDEM) in Mexico, the organization Fazendo História from Brazil, Buckner from Perú, The Colombian Association of care leavers of the Child Protection System (ASCEP) from Colombia, and TIA Foundation from Bolivia.
