El presente trabajo aborda la problemática de los niños, niñas y adolescentes que viven bajo cuidado alternativo por haber sido separados de su medio familiar. A los 18 años, deben abandonar el cuidado del Estado y encarar una transición a la vida adulta con diversas dificultades.
