This child-led research initiative was conducted under the umbrella of World Vision’s DEAR project (Development Education and Awareness Raising) and the Sustainable Development Agenda 2030. This country care review includes the care-related Concluding Observations adopted by the Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and by the Committee on the Rights of the Child. The Committees' recommendations on the issues relevant to children's care are highlighted, as well as other care-related concluding observations and ratification dates.
Abstract: This article talks about the application of the Hague Convention on Protection of Children and Co-Operation in Respect of Intercountry Adoption of 1993 in Brazil.
