Cercetarea a implicat efectuarea unei evaluări a formărilor, competențelor, punctelor forte și lacunelor forței de muncă din serviciile sociale. Deși sistemul general de formare inițială și învățare continuă este destul de bine reglementat de lege, cu obiective, principii și componente specifice, implementarea eficientă a programelor de formare de către stat rămâne deficitară și se bazează în mod semnificativ pe ONG-uri. Early help or early intervention is increasingly recommended for safeguarding children living with domestic violence, but little is known about what is effective. This article discusses findings from an evaluation of a pioneering early help service in North West England. Residential institutional care has long-term negative consequences for children’s physical, psychological and emotional well-being. Yet some parents are driven by economic, social and cultural pressures to place their children in institutions. In 2010, following national and international outcry over the poor conditions in children’s homes across the country, the Government of Bulgaria adopted the Vision for Deinstitutionalization of Children in Bulgaria. This paper presents data from a unique programme evaluation of the parenting programme titled ‘Learning together, growing as a family’ applied in 14 cities in Spain and targeting families at risk of neglectful behaviour. The programme evaluation is based on the voices of children using the qualitative methodology of art‐based research. Eighty‐six children 6–12 years of age were interviewed in groups.
